Recently I was talking to a group of guys. Many mentioned how no one has any time. We're all so over-committed these days. At one point, someone mentioned: perhaps we aren't committed to the right things. It's an interesting question to ponder.
Do our commitments reflect our beliefs? Our convictions?
Is our time spent where it really counts, or are we throwing time at unimportant activities? Either way, we'll feel busy and a little strung out. But if we've aligned our commitments to our beliefs and values, at least we'll feel satisfied as we collapse in the chair at the end of the day...
